Monday was Bella's birthday and, unlike last year's big party, this year we just had our own family celebration. It was fun though ... we sang happy birthday with her little cup cake :) and then we went to Jungle Jims to play for a little bit. We all had fun.
Bella is a huge blessing in our life. She has brought so much joy and happiness to our family. I love seeing her "motherly" side when she plays with her dolls, or just by wanting to feed kids like David, who are smaller than her. Last Saturday Spencer fell asleep on her lap while riding on the wagon and she was giving him massages, playing with his hair and she made sure we were quiet, so we wouldn't wake him up. So cute!! She is very friendly and loves to jump, run, sing, hug, kiss ... I love it when she lays her little head on my chest and just relaxes .. it's so peaceful .. She is just two and it's hard already to see her growing up and becoming more independent. I guess it's part of life and I better get used to it ;) I hope I can raise her well to be always sweet and kind .. a pure daughter of Our Heavenly Father.
