Finally ... Wes and I were able to go away for a couple of days by ourselves. I love hanging out with the kids but sure is nice go on a one on one sometimes. We decided to go to Zions National Park and it was awesome! First day we did the Narrows. Such a beautiful hike!
Having a stick is definitely a must when hiking the Narrows. Since we didn't bring one, Wes was kind to find us some. This one below was a huge one we found one the way. Wes was walking with it for fun for a bit ... because it's Wes and he's so cool! haha
The next day we did the Emerald Pools.
Wes found this little pond "behind" the middle pool. The picture doesn't do it justice ... it was so pretty! Crystal clear water with tons of green around it. You have to be there to see it :)
We had a blast! We ate sooo good everyday and had such a good time together. I am excited for another getaway!! hehe
