Yuba Lake

On Friday we went with the Brewer's to Nephi to watch the pageant then we drove to Yuba Lake and camped there. Well, we actually slept in the van! We took both back seats out. We were going to sleep just under the stars like everyone else but Wes insisted to sleep in the van so, I didn't argue ;) Considering the space, we slept pretty good.

These are some pictures of us in Nephi. It was so good to have Camron with us! We are so happy to have him back :)



Our day at Yuba Lake was so fun! It was funny to see Spencer and Bella being so brave going to the water ... I was watching them every second because they really didn't get the danger of it :) Wes had a blast building sand waterfalls with the kids. The only problem was that he used sunblock only on his shoulders, so the rest of his back got sunburned sooo bad ... poor guy :(  With that aside ... our getaway was awesome! :D
