Brewer Reunion to Yellowstone

On the 4th of July weekend we headed up to Yellowstone for the very first "Brewer family reunion". Most of us were able to make it and it was lots of fun!
I don't have much to say about our way there ... I have some pictures though :)



We met the rest of the family in Jackson Hole and hiked Jenny Lake. It was beautiful! The lake was gorgeous! The mountains with snow is the Great Tetons. Towards the end of the hike Spencer was so tired and all he wanted was to sleep, so everytime we stopped he would lay anywhere and rest. It was funny to see it but tiring at the same time :)

There were buffalos everywhere! They go by the road like they are part of "our society" .. hahaha! I even got close to them, however I had to go away quick after the "look" one of them gave me!



These are some pictures of Yellowstone. The park is huge and there is so much to see! We didn't get to see half of it but I was happy with what we got to see.



I was so excited to see Old Faithful and we arrived there just 5 minutes before "the show" started. There were so many people so Wes was nice enough to put me on his shoulders :) What a good hubby! Then I tried to take a picture of me with Old Faithful in the back ... not a good idea as you can see! hahaha Besides the sulfur smell, it was pretty cool!!



Later that day we headed to Camp Buffalo Bill for the rest of the week. There were a lot of things to do there, which was nice. Camping for me is fun for an overnight but I knew we were going to camp every night so I was prepared mentally :) Thanks to Joe and Dacia we slept in their cool camper. Well, I guess I slept there every night, Wes ended up in the tent due to lack of sleep ... long story! hahaha These are some pictures of us while we were in the camp.

I don't know why but I thought it was pretty cool the look of many mailboxes together. Cool, huh? :)



I am excited for the next one in a couple of years ... the Brewers ROCK!!!
